Dear Distinctive Executive Directors,

As we count down to our upcoming Leadership Summit at Hutchinson Island, I wanted to personally reach out to keep the excitement building. We are just days away from coming together as a leadership team, beginning Tuesday, February 9th, and this year’s Summit Bold Vision, Brave Action, is shaping up to be something truly special.

With that, I would like to share with you our exciting keynote speaker for this year’s Leadership Summit, one I am especially excited about.

Our 2026 Leadership Summit keynote speaker will be JJ Birden, former NFL wide receiver and nationally recognized leadership speaker.

JJ will draw from his experience competing at the highest level of professional athletics to deliver powerful insights on leadership, discipline, resilience, and what it takes to perform when the pressure is on.
