Coffee will lead strategic sales initiatives that support occupancy growth, strengthen referral partnerships, and increase market awareness across of Mira Vie Senior Living communities in New Jersey. Her appointment comes as Mira Vie continues to invest in transformative renovations across its communities, positioning the brand for continued growth while introducing more families and healthcare professionals to its elevated lifestyle, hospitality, and personalized approach to senior living.
A highly respected sales and marketing professional with more than 25 years of experience across the senior healthcare continuum, Coffee brings a unique combination of operational expertise, relationship development, and strategic sales leadership. In her new role, she will partner closely with executive directors and community sales teams to strengthen referral partnerships, elevate community visibility, and drive occupancy growth as Mira Vie showcases its recently renovated communities throughout New Jersey.
Coffee’s extensive career has spanned independent living, home health, skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the senior living journey and the needs of residents, families, and referral partners. Throughout her career, she has built an outstanding reputation within the professional healthcare community, developing trusted relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation providers, case managers, and community organizations that support older adults.
A Certified Dementia Practitioner, Coffee began her career at Crestwood Manor before serving for 15 years as Independent Living Administrator at Leisure Park. She later joined Hackensack Meridian Health as a Home Care Liaison and Private Pay Sales Representative, expanding her expertise in post-acute care and healthcare partnerships. Her career continued with leadership positions in skilled nursing as Director of Marketing, followed by Director of Sales and Marketing at Artis Senior Living, where she specialized in memory care. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Sales and Marketing for Complete Care’s Assisted Living Division, leading strategic sales initiatives and driving occupancy growth across multiple communities.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Coffee has remained deeply committed to Alzheimer’s advocacy. She has volunteered with the Alzheimer’s Association Monmouth/Ocean Walk to End Alzheimer’s for six years and currently serves on the organization’s Executive Leadership Committee, helping advance awareness, education, and fundraising efforts throughout the region.
