Timothy Ford, Esq.
Tim joined Distinctive Living in May 2024, transitioning from his role as Partner at Einhorn Barbarito where he specialized in litigation and employment law. Tim also specializes in commercial litigation involving commercial transactions in construction, contract, employment, real estate, and estates.
He holds a B.S. in Pre-Law Studies from The College of New Jersey and earned his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School. Tim is a proponent of giving back, evidenced by his involvement in LeadingAge as a member of the Education Committee, his role as an Attorney Mentor at Valleyview Middle School’s Mock Trial, and as an Education Committee member of the HealthCare Association of New Jersey.
