Kate Wentworth
Kate is a dynamic human resources and people operations leader with over a decade of experience in driving organizational culture, talent development, and strategic HR initiatives. At Distinctive Living, she leads the people strategy to foster a positive, high-performance work environment across the organization. Prior to joining Distinctive Living, Kate held significant roles at Validus Senior Living, including Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources, where she played a key role in enhancing HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement.
Kate’s career also includes leadership positions with the State of Maine, where she led diversity and equal opportunity initiatives in the state’s largest agency (Department of Health and Human Services). With her deep expertise in HR strategy, leadership development, and organizational culture, Kate is dedicated to creating workplaces where team members thrive and contribute to the organization’s success.
