George Draghiceanu, MBA
George Draghiceanu is a senior housing executive with deep expertise in scaling multi-site healthcare operations, driving revenue growth, and executing value-creation strategies across national senior living platforms. He has a proven track record of enhancing asset performance, improving occupancy, and leading organizations through expansion, acquisition, and operational transformation.
George has held executive leadership roles with full P&L responsibility, most recently serving as Executive Vice President of a national senior housing company, where he oversaw field operations including sales and marketing, clinical services, business development, acquisitions, and investor relations. In this role, he partnered closely with ownership and capital partners to align operational performance with investment objectives and long-term portfolio growth.
Previously, as Senior Vice President of Operations, George managed a portfolio of 28 communities representing more than 3,200 units and 1,900 employees, consistently delivering margin improvement and operational efficiencies. As National Director of Sales and Marketing, he led multi-state occupancy growth initiatives that materially increased revenue and asset value.
George is an active member of the Florida Senior Living Association (FSLA), Alabama Assisted Living Association (ALAA), and Georgia Assisted Living Association (GALA). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from SUNY College at Oneonta and an Executive MBA from the University of North Alabama.
