Devi Patel, RN, BHA
Devi is a veteran in senior living with over 16 years of experience in improving clinical outcomes, competencies, and compliance. A registered nurse, Devi previously held leadership roles as an Administrator, National Director of Health and Wellness, and VP of Clinical Services.
Devi joined Distinctive Living following successful tenures at Springpoint Senior Living, Kaplan Development Group, and Milestone Retirement Communities. At Distinctive Living, she oversees clinical staffing and training while focusing on increasing clinical revenue. She also leads a quarterly training program for care partners, advancing them to Certified Med Aids (CMAs). Devi holds a Bachelor in Healthcare Administration from St. John’s University and is a licensed Certified Assisted Living Administrator (CALA).
